Continuous professional development in both technical and business skills will be an essential part of your journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting engineering and computer science analyses related to ongoing projects
  • Utilizing deep knowledge in physics, electrical engineering, or a related discipline to devise solutions for a range of intricate technical challenges
  • Executing numerical analysis, modeling, and simulation tasks to support engineering objectives
  • Performing reliability and failure assessments for electrical/electronic systems and components, as well as computer systems and networks
  • Communicating technical findings and solutions effectively to a varied audience through verbal, written, and interactive methods
  • Drafting technical proposals, pursuing business opportunities, and broadening the scope of software-related services offered to clients

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related field
  • Proficiency in investigative analysis for diagnosing technical issues and resolving challenges
  • Familiarity with at least one widely-used programming language such as Python, C/C++, Java, or MATLAB
  • Experience in numerical analysis, modeling, finite element analysis, and/or simulation of devices, systems, or networks
  • Technical background in electronics, device hardware, robotics, semiconductors, optics, power systems, or measurement instrumentation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently or within multidisciplinary teams
  • Capability to gather information and articulate technical conclusions to professionals in engineering and business
  • Enthusiasm for learning and engaging with a diverse range of devices and systems, encompassing both hardware and software components
  • Willingness to explore various software frameworks, tools, and programming languages
  • Ability to contribute to multiple group projects and promote the Electrical Engineering & Computer Science Practice and its consulting services
