Key Responsibilities- Monitor patients' health status and administer medications as prescribed by physicians.
- Keep accurate and complete health records, including patient vital signs and medical information.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and wellness.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- High School diploma or GED required; BSN preferred.
- 1-2 years of acute care experience.
- Valid New Jersey Nursing License required; BLS certification also required.
- Excellent communication and computer skills.
