Job Summary and Qualifications:
This role involves providing leadership that enhances the delivery of professional nursing care, ensuring the comfort and well-being of patients. You will utilize the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide, delegate, supervise, and document care and education for patients and their families.
Qualifications:
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Current licensure as a registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enrollment in a BSN or advanced degree program, with completion within five years of hire.
