We are seeking a skilled and experienced CT Technologist to join our team at MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing.

About the Position

Responsibilities
  • Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images of patients' bones, organs and tissue for diagnostic purposes.
  • Position patients for CT scans using immobilization and protective equipment as necessary.
  • Set equipment controls, monitor patient and equipment, and make adjustments as required.
  • Assist radiologists with imaging procedures, starting IVs, and injecting contrast media if necessary.
  • Evaluate CT scans for technical quality, collate images, and label them appropriately.
  • Schedule patients for procedures and assist with clerical tasks.
  • Charge procedures and supplies used to patient records.
Requirements
  • Eighteen months prior experience in a healthcare setting as a CT Technologist.
  • ARRT (CT) or ASRT certification.
  • Licensure in most states.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
