Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Night Shift

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Mission Community Hospital. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care assistance to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist patients with mobility, including transfers, ambulation, and positioning.
  • Help patients with daily living activities, such as eating, toileting, and hygiene.
  • Administer medications and treatments as directed by licensed healthcare professionals.
  • Document patient care and progress in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift and move patients with physical capability to perform job-related duties.
  • Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner.
  • Available to work different shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Prior experience in a healthcare environment (minimum of 1 year).
