About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at Memorial Health University Medical Center. As a Radiologic Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and diagnostic imaging services.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate radiologic equipment to produce high-quality radiographs, ensuring accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
- Prepare patients for radiological procedures, adjusting immobilization devices and equipment controls as needed.
- Document patient care services and review exams for technical accuracy, identifying anatomical orientation on all images.
- Assist radiologists in administering medications, contrast agents, and other care to patients.
- Participate in emergency call rotation to meet department needs.
Requirements
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date.
- Registered Radiographer (ARRT) certification.
