Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate Gastroenterologist to join our team. As a GI Doctor at Center for Digestive Disorders, you will play a pivotal role in diagnosing and treating patients with digestive disorders and other gastrointestinal conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive consultations, medical examinations, and diagnostic tests to evaluate patients' gastrointestinal health.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients with various gastrointestinal conditions, including but not limited to, Crohn's disease, irritable bowel syndrome, ulcerative colitis, GERD, and liver diseases.
  • Perform endoscopic procedures such as colonoscopy, upper endoscopy, and other advanced therapeutic interventions.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Gastroenterology and apply evidence-based practices in patient care.
  • Provide education and guidance to patients and their families regarding their conditions and recommended treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in accordance with medical guidelines and regulations.
Requirements
  • Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited medical school.
  • Board certification in Gastroenterology.
  • Valid and unrestricted medical license in California.
  • Completion of a Gastroenterology fellowship program.
  • Demonstrated passion for patient care and a patient-centric approach to medicine.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to empathize and connect with patients and their families.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with advancements in the field.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
