Symbria, a 100% employee-owned company, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rehabilitation Program Director to join our team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for supervising the rehabilitation staff and therapy activities in our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the rehabilitation staff to ensure high-quality patient care and productivity standards are met.
  • Act as a trusted partner for clients and community members, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Develop and implement effective rehabilitation programs and services to meet the needs of our patients.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making recommendations for improvement as needed.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school for physical therapy or occupational therapy.
  • CPR certification (or obtain before hire).
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
  • Valid state license.
  • Previous managerial experience as a lead, assistant, or director of rehabilitation.
  • Acute care, long-term care, and/or rehabilitation experience.
