Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Treatment Coordinator to join our team at Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Associates.

A previous background in oral surgery is not required, but we encourage candidates with experience to apply. Our Treatment Coordinators play a crucial role in delivering top-notch patient care, resulting in the best clinical outcomes and meeting the needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet patients and manage their schedules effectively.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while interacting with patients, referring offices, and team members over the phone, in person, or via electronic communication.
  • Update and maintain patient insurance information.
  • Manage doctor schedules to ensure efficient use of the doctor's time.
  • Partner with our clinical team to deliver an excellent patient experience.
  • Collect payments from patients in an effective and professional manner.
  • Develop treatment plans based on doctor recommendations.
Requirements

To be successful as a Treatment Coordinator, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • One year of customer service experience.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and leadership abilities.
  • Familiarity with dental terminology.
  • The ability to work cross-functionally with other team members.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000-$65,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
