Job Requirements

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to provide high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. To be eligible for this role, you must have:

  • HCA registration (Home Care Aid)
  • Live Scan (Background Check)
  • TB Test (Tuberculosis Test)
  • Be legally permitted to work in the United States
  • Minimum 2 years of experience (caring for family members counts)

We value reliability, dependability, compassion, and friendliness in our Caregivers. If you have knowledge of memory impairment and are a licensed driver with reliable transportation, that's a plus

Responsibilities

As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing compassionate care to individuals in need
  • Assisting with activities of daily living, including personal care assistance, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication management
  • Monitoring the physical and mental well-being of our clients
  • Providing mobility assistance and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary
  • Offering companionship and emotional support to clients
