Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and execute established patient treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Provide timely documentation in accordance with facility and departmental standards.
- Ensure documentation meets insurance provider requirements for licensing, certification, and reimbursement.
- Contribute to department operations and development.
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
- Maintain good standing with all regulatory agencies and licensing boards.
- Possess a working knowledge of Medicare and other payer sources.
- Understand residents' rights fully.
- Ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate effectively in English.
