Job Title: Weekend Home Health Registered Nurse

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Weekend Home Health Registered Nurse. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality home health care services to our clients in the Littleton, Massachusetts area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive home health care services to clients in their homes, including wound care, medication management, and education on self-care.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical and emotional needs, and develop personalized care plans to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure that their needs are met and that they are informed about their care.
  • Document all client interactions, assessments, and care plans in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts.
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • At least one year of recent clinical experience as a licensed RN.
  • Previous home health care experience is preferred, but not required.
