With numerous locations throughout the Greater Louisville area, including Southern Indiana, our adult primary care roles come with a comprehensive compensation package. This includes a competitive base salary, an option for productivity bonuses, relocation support, and a substantial sign-on bonus of $60,000. Additionally, we offer a recruitment incentive plan of up to $100,000 for new candidates or those with limited experience. For seasoned physicians relocating to our area, a retention bonus of $60,000 is available.

- Compensation structure based on work relative value unit (WRVU) productivity and a value-based incentive bonus plan emphasizing quality and patient satisfaction.
- Flexible employment options available - full-time or part-time in an outpatient-only environment.
- Hospitalist support provided by a team of over 45 physicians and 20 advanced practice professionals.
- Access to ongoing medical education and funding for additional continuing medical education (CME).
- Collaborative team structure in each office to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications for the Positions
- Medical degree/diploma from an accredited institution.
- Completion of residency or fellowship training.
- Eligibility for a Kentucky medical license.
