Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent international qualification from an accredited institution. Consideration will also be given to three years of relevant experience in the field in lieu of each year of education.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in Information Technology.
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master.

Desirable Qualifications

  • 6 to 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master, adept at facilitating key ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Demos, and Retrospectives.
  • Familiarity with Agile Principles in various roles.
  • Proficient in identifying and resolving impediments while engaging others to address external blockers.
  • Experience managing two Scrum teams concurrently.
  • Knowledge of scaled Agile frameworks and program increment planning.
  • Skilled in story writing and employing multiple prioritization techniques.
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders on release planning, product roadmaps, and prioritization strategies.
  • Possession of SAFe Scrum Master certification or Scrum Alliance CSM (Certified Scrum Master).
  • SAFe Scaled Agile certification is preferred.
  • Experience in the Banking sector is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and analytical abilities.
  • A keen interest in working within a global delivery environment.
