Role Responsibilities:


We are in search of a proficient and seasoned Senior Water Operator to oversee daily operations.

As an integral part of our organization, you will be tasked with managing and coordinating water treatment and distribution processes to guarantee effective and reliable service delivery.


  • Supervise the operation of water treatment facilities and distribution networks in alignment with regulatory standards and company protocols.
  • Assess water quality metrics and perform routine testing to ensure adherence to safety and quality regulations.
  • Organize maintenance and repairs of equipment and infrastructure to uphold optimal functionality and dependability.
  • Collaborate with regulatory bodies and engage in inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Address emergencies and resolve issues to minimize service disruptions and maintain a continuous water supply.
  • Keep precise records and reports related to water operations, including production statistics, maintenance logs, and compliance documentation.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in water treatment operations is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in water treatment and distribution.
  • In-depth knowledge of water treatment methodologies, equipment, and systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in computer applications for data management and reporting.
  • A valid Class C Water Operator License is preferred; Class D is acceptable if Class C can be obtained within a year.
