We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Relationship Banker to join our team at First National Bank of Pennsylvania. As a Relationship Banker, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting our banking products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide personalized solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Promote and sell banking products and services to customers, including deposit accounts, loans, and investment products.
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Work closely with other bank departments to ensure seamless customer service and to promote cross-selling opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date on banking products and services, as well as industry trends and developments.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- 0-2 years of experience in a banking or financial services environment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
