About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated CT Technologist to join our team at Cone Health. As a CT Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care during Computed Tomography (CT) procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate head or body x-ray scanners to produce computer-generated cross-sectional images, commonly called CAT (Computed Axial Tomography) Scans.
  • Perform routine and special CT exams adhering to established protocols to minimize additional imaging and limit radiation dose, maintaining exam productivity within established benchmarks.
  • Complete all exams and documentation in Computerized Health Information (CHL) and Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS), accurately identifying all charges associated with studies and addressing errors for a seamless workflow.
  • Educate and prepare patients for their examinations to enhance patient understanding and cooperation during testing and promote a positive patient experience.
  • Demonstrate commitment to safe practices, Just Culture, and As Low As Reasonably Achievable (ALARA) principles to eliminate errors and enhance patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent, Graduate of a Radiology, Imaging or related educational program.
  • Licensure/Certification/Registry/Listing: Will accept any of the licenses: ARRT: RT(R)(CT) RT(N)(CT), NMTCB: CNMT, NMTCB(CT), Combination of ARRT RT(N) and NMTCB(CT) or CNMT and ARRT(CT), Combination of ARRT RT(R) and NMTCB(CT) or ARRT RT(T) and NMTCB(CT), BLS (CPR)-American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider.
