Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Host Person to join our team at Spire SeaTac Management LLC. As a Host Person, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Exceptional Guest Service: Provide best-in-class service to our guests, engaging with them in a thoughtful and personalized manner.
  • Manage Front Desk Operations: Receive, record, and coordinate reservations and special events at the front desk.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Environment: Ensure the cleanliness, sanitation, and optimal functionality of all front desk and service workstations.
  • Provide Administrative Support: Aid with tasks such as rolling silverware, replenishing condiments, and restocking supplies as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Host Person in a similar role, preferably in a hotel setting.
  • Certifications: Food Handlers Certification required.
