Server Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Locals Tacos & Tequila. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Take and deliver food and beverage orders promptly and accurately.
  • Provide recommendations on menu items and answer guest questions.
  • Ensure guests have a delightful dining experience by attending to their needs and requests.
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and tact.
Qualifications:
  • Must be able to speak clearly and understand basic English to facilitate the communication process.
  • Ability to learn menu items and service procedures.
  • Ability to take direction and to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.
  • Ability to learn and follow processes.
  • This position will spend 100% of the time standing and walking.
