Job Title: Endoscopy RN Travel Nurse

CrossMed Healthcare Staffing is seeking a skilled Endoscopy RN Travel Nurse to join our team in Danbury, Connecticut.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Endoscopy RN to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced travel nursing environment. As a travel nurse, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and healthcare professionals, while also developing your skills and expertise in endoscopy.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care in the endoscopy department, including preparing patients for procedures, administering medications, and monitoring patients during and after procedures.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and efficient department operations.
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, taking into account patient needs, preferences, and medical history.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest endoscopy procedures and technologies.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by maintaining open communication with colleagues and supervisors.
Requirements:
  • At least 1-2 years of experience as an Endoscopy RN in a hospital or healthcare setting.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Connecticut.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
