Job Summary:
The Patient Access Services Representative is responsible for performing financial screenings and admission functions to assist patients in accessing services at Brattleboro Retreat. This role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to interact effectively with various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough financial screenings to determine patient eligibility for services.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and referral agencies.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree or higher in a related healthcare field preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
- A minimum of three years' experience in admission/registration in a psychiatric, acute care, or multi-physician group setting preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation:
We offer an estimated annual salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
