GM Coach

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced GM Coach to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for leading and developing teams effectively, driving financial performance and sales, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Lead and develop teams effectively by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates
• Drive financial performance and sales by reviewing and evaluating P&L statements, managing and assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses
• Provide exceptional customer service by modeling and demonstrating exceptional customer service standards, managing and supporting customer service initiatives, and ensuring customer needs, complaints, and issues are successfully resolved
• Coordinate, complete, and oversee job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs, and identifying and communicating goals and objectives

• 2 years' of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with associates, customers, and stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
