Radiology Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team at St. Joseph Hospital Eureka. As a Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for performing advanced technical diagnostic imaging procedures and related activities utilizing age-specific criteria according to department standards.
Key Responsibilities- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using various imaging modalities, including X-ray, CT, MRI, and ultrasound.
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely diagnosis and treatment.
- Provide exceptional patient care, ensuring comfort and safety during imaging procedures.
- Participate in quality control and organizational improvement activities to maintain high standards of patient care.
- Graduate of a program in radiologic technology approved by the Committee on Allied Health Education & Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
- California Radiologic Technologist upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists upon hire.
