About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated CRNA to become part of our exclusive CRNA team at Christus Spohn Alice. This facility is a community hospital located in a vibrant small town, offering a range of local activities and a supportive environment.
Clinical Responsibilities: The case mix includes a variety of procedures such as general surgery, urology, orthopedics, and gynecology. The volume of obstetric cases is minimal, with approximately 80 deliveries annually. CRNAs in this role will have the autonomy to practice independently and utilize their full licensure. Proficiency in administering epidurals and spinals is essential. Most days, cases are completed by 1:30 PM, with occasional extensions past 3 PM. The call schedule is 1:2, with light call back requirements.
Compensation: The annual compensation for this CRNA position is $340,000/year on a 1099 basis, covering 47 weeks of anesthesia services each year.
