ROLE SUMMARY:
The Senior Clinical Practitioner will deliver clinical services in alignment with best practice standards, which encompass evaluations, individual, group, family, or couple's therapy for adults, adolescents, and children within the designated service area.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Ensure effective communication and reporting with referral sources and other relevant parties as authorized by the client.
2. Foster productive working relationships with the clinical team.
3. Maintain precise and timely clinical records in accordance with organizational policies.
4. Cultivate strong relationships with community referral sources.
5. Engage in the development and execution of quality clinical practices.
6. Meet established productivity standards for billable hours.
7. Conduct ANSA/CANS assessments and reassessments punctually.
8. Complete clinical documentation within two business days following service delivery.
9. Develop treatment plans and other clinical service authorizations promptly.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
1. Proficient in written and verbal communication, both in-person and through virtual platforms.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service to individuals seeking assistance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: A Master's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field is mandatory.
Experience: A minimum of three to five years in a behavioral health setting is preferred, with a focus on evidence-based practices.
Licensure: An active three-letter or associate license is required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
1. Standing: 10%
2. Sitting: 90%
3. Occasional squatting, kneeling, bending, driving, and lifting.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
