Your Role as an Expert Esthetician Specialist

As a valued member of our team, you will:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service consistently to all clients
  • Meet personal and store sales and service objectives
  • Showcase, recommend, and sell FACE FOUNDRI products
  • Perform a variety of services, including facials, dermaplaning, Hydrafacials, chemical peels, waxing, and brow and lash treatments
  • Proactively suggest additional services when suitable
  • Utilize an appointment system to schedule follow-up services
  • Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols before, during, and after services; ensure compliance with state regulations at all times
  • Foster a collaborative relationship with all FACE FOUNDRI staff to enhance teamwork and elevate customer service
  • Coordinate with the Salon Manager to communicate supply needs, ensuring essential items are always available
  • Assist with all in-store operational tasks
  • Maintain store standards consistently
  • Accurately follow all company timekeeping procedures
  • Participate in mandatory product training and team meetings

Qualifications We Seek

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • An Advanced Practice Esthetics License
  • Experience in dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, eyebrow waxing, and tinting
  • Proficiency in operating the necessary equipment for technical procedures
  • Strong communication skills
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • A talent for building and maintaining robust customer relationships
