Job Title: CT Technologist

Epic Travel Staffing is seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our team for a 14-week assignment in Baltimore, Maryland.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced CT Technologist to perform computed tomography scans using prescribed techniques. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radiology and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform CT scans using prescribed techniques and protocols
  • Review requisitions to ensure completeness and accuracy
  • Adjust equipment and select appropriate technical factors to produce optimal radiographic exposure
  • Utilize standard positioning techniques to obtain diagnostic images
  • Perform scanning procedures of various organs to localize sites of pathological processes
  • Complete examinations in a timely manner and document administration of contrast and scans
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a CT Technologist
  • Required experience in abdomen, pelvis, head/neck, chest, spine, brain perfusion, CTAs, and multiplanar reconstruction
  • BLS certification
  • AART certification
  • AART advanced certificate
  • Preferred experience in aspirations/biopsies, colography, CT arthrography, drainage, myelography, transplant studies, and PET/CT
