Job Summary

As a Machine Setup Specialist at Mahle, you will be responsible for setting up machines in assigned areas to support scheduled production. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate assigned machines to meet production requirements.
  • Produce high-quality products by following work instructions and quality standards.
  • Identify and address any production issues or defects, and notify the team leader or quality department as needed.
  • Perform tasks as assigned by the team leader, including reworking non-conforming products and maintaining a clean work area.
  • Work overtime as needed to meet production demands.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with one to three months of related experience and/or training.
