Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Associate to join our team at Compass Group, North America. As a key member of our retail staff, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while performing various cash handling duties.

Job Summary:

• Process sales transactions in a timely and accurate manner
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Interact with customers to resolve any issues or concerns

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
2. Operate a cash register and process sales transactions accurately
3. Count and balance cash drawers regularly
4. Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in a retail environment preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
