Position Summary:

We are seeking an Inspector to join our team in the Johnson City, TN area. The Inspector will play a crucial role in ensuring that the client's underground and aerial infrastructure adheres to established standards through thorough inspections and oversight of contractor work.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct and document inspections, audits, and pole transfers using electronic methods.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Occasionally perform manual inspections and audits using printed documentation.

Required Qualifications:
  • Experience in underground construction and inspection.
  • Familiarity with NESC inspections or experience with aerial cable line crews is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of wooden pole ground line inspections.
  • Understanding of the National Electric Safety Code.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage construction contractor relationships.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
