Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: BSN degree required and 5 years clinical experience, two of which must be in the specialty or related service; or combination of education and experience acceptable to Clinical Director of Nursing or designee.
  • Certification and Licensure: New York State License for Registered Professional Nurse and current registration or valid permit to practice in New York State as an RN required.
