Located in the picturesque Rocky Mountains of Colorado, the Town of Granby is seeking a highly skilled Deputy Town Clerk to join their team. This dynamic role offers a competitive salary of $57,000, along with a rich benefits package including health and dental insurance, 401K investments, paid time off, and access to skiing and golf passes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining the Town's records management program, ensuring compliance with State of Colorado Retention Model and conducting trainings for Town employees on records management best practices.

In addition to record-keeping duties, the Deputy Town Clerk will oversee licensing for the Town, administer liquor licensing, and process Retail Business License applications and renewals. They will also assist the Town Clerk with various functions for the Town Boards and Elections.

This role requires strong analytical and organizational skills, as well as the ability to protect confidential information and work effectively with minimal supervision. A Notary Public Certification is required, and possession of a valid Colorado driver's license is necessary.
