Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Tailored Beauty Consultations: Comprehend clients' beauty aspirations and suggest products that enhance their appearance and confidence.
• Exhibit Product Application: Demonstrate your proficiency in makeup techniques and skincare regimens.
• Stay Informed on Beauty Trends: Keep abreast of the latest beauty trends and new product launches at Sephora.
• Provide Outstanding Client Service: Foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all clients.
• Engage in Sales and Promotional Activities: Participate in exciting sales events and promotions.
• BOPIS and Client Assistance: Offer exceptional service when clients come to collect their orders.
• Maintain Store Presentation: Contribute to a clean, well-stocked, and efficiently operating store.

Qualifications/Experience:

• Previous relevant work experience, ideally in retail
• Enthusiasm for client service and beauty.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Adaptability and the capacity to respond to situations promptly.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
• Consistent and dependable attendance.
• Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

$ $22.38/hr. The actual hourly pay offered depends on various factors, including qualifications for the position and relevant experience; and other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position or location.
Sephora now offers a Flex (on demand) position for employees who can work anywhere from 0-19 hours a week. This flexibility allows you to balance your work schedule with other commitments. This could be a steppingstone into a more permanent position if you are looking for more in the future.
