Assessment Role for Licensed Psychologist

We are seeking a skilled and licensed psychologist to join our team in performing medical assessments on United States Veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits process.

This role involves reviewing behavioral health records electronically through a secure Web Portal and conducting comprehensive assessments in person with each Veteran. You will also complete Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) through the Web Portal.

The Licensed Psychologist will NOT make disability determinations, as this is made by the U.S. Veterans Administration using findings recorded in the DBQs. This position is an IN-PERSON role, requiring the assessment of 4 Veterans per day on average.

To be eligible, you must have a Ph.D. or Psy.D from an APA Accredited program/school, hold an active and unrestricted Psychology license, and meet the credentialing requirements set forth by the VA. Additionally, MRG Exams provides malpractice insurance coverage and offers health insurance options.

This is a part-time or full-time Independent Contractor opportunity with a competitive salary range estimated between $75,000 - $100,000 per year, based on experience and location.

Benefits include flexible scheduling, opportunities for professional growth, and a rewarding role making a positive impact on the lives of Veterans.
