Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will provide speech and language therapy evaluation, treatment, teaching, and consultation to our patients. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support for our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Provide speech and language therapy evaluation, treatment, teaching, and consultation to patients.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to meet the needs of patients.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support for residents.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's, master's, or doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid/current professional license as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Massachusetts.
  • Massachusetts DESE Educator License (or in process).
  • Ability to communicate clearly using American Sign Language (ASL) is preferred.
