NP Now is a non-profit medical group seeking a skilled Board Certified General Surgeon to join our team in rural Berlin, New Hampshire. The ideal candidate will have the ability to provide exceptional patient care and work effectively in a solo environment.

Estimated Salary: $420,000 - $540,000 per year

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing general surgery services to patients of all ages, including office-based procedures, initial consultations, and minor surgeries. They will also need to provide educational counseling to patients and families, order diagnostic tests, and refer patients to related specialties when necessary.

This role offers a 4-day workweek with a 10-day call schedule per month. The EMR system used is Meditech Expanse. The surgeon will work closely with a medical assistant to ensure efficient patient care.
