We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver PCA to join our team at LHC Group. As a Home and Community Based Services Aide, you will provide support and assistance with personal hygiene and household functions to enable individuals to remain in their own homes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care services, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
  • Assist with household tasks, such as laundry and meal preparation
  • Report observations and incidents to the Agency Director or accounts manager
  • Drive safely and comply with traffic regulations

Qualifications:

  • 6 months experience in home care preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing organizational needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
