POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Mortgage Banker is responsible for originating and finalizing secured real estate loans in alignment with our established lending goals, policies, and procedures. This role involves building and nurturing robust relationships with both current and prospective real estate clients, real estate professionals, and other financial entities. The objective is to optimize customer engagement through effective cross-selling and relationship management.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

Education
A Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from an accredited four-year institution in business, with specific coursework in accounting, finance, and economics.

Experience
A minimum of 4-5 years of relevant sales or originating experience, or a suitable combination of education and experience.
