We are seeking an experienced Assembly Team Lead to join our team in a leadership role. As an Assembly Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our assembly team, ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the assembly team to meet productivity and quality standards
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Maintain accurate records of production data and report any issues or concerns to management
  • Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing operations or supervision
