About the Role

We are looking for a Nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and is committed to providing exceptional service to our residents and their families. As a Nurse at Prairie Lakes Health Campus, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment that values teamwork and collaboration.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs and goals of each resident.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and effective care delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure that all needs are met.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A valid LPN or RN state license and CPR certification.
  • Experience in long-term care or a related field.
  • Knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines that relate to long-term care.
