As a Retail Sales Lead at Fortune Bay Resort Casino, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing sales floor operations, and leading a team of sales associates. Your primary goal will be to create a positive shopping experience for our guests, ensuring they feel welcome and valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
