About the JobWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Professional to join our team as a Travel Contract. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support to our clients.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care through effective communication and collaboration with patients and healthcare staff.
- Provide comprehensive care and treatment to patients, including assessing their condition, administering medication, and monitoring vital signs.
- Develop and implement care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Work independently to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical procedures and protocols to provide the highest level of care.
- Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Current RN Med/Surg experience with a minimum of two years.
- Active unencumbered RN New Mexico state license.
- One year of Epic experience.
- COVID vaccine with 2 Shots & Booster.
- Maintain and update clinical knowledge and skills through ongoing education and training.
- Participate in relevant continuing education programs to stay current with industry developments.
- Provide exceptional patient care and service excellence to all patients.
- Exercise independent judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving expertise to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare staff to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient care.
