Critical Care Opportunities:

We are seeking an experienced physician to join our team as a Critical Care Specialist in Baker City, Oregon.

The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and be committed to delivering high-quality patient care in our Level IV Trauma Designation Emergency Department.

As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work collaboratively with CRNA Anesthesia, ED staff, and community family medicine clinics to provide comprehensive care to patients in need.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide critical care services in our Emergency Department
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements:

  • Successful completion of an accredited ACGME/AOA family practice or emergency medicine residency program
  • Board certification, or board eligibility in emergency medicine or family practice
  • Obtain Oregon medical licensure and granting of privileges at SAMC- Baker City and other health system affiliated hospitals as needed; valid controlled substance registration with Board of Pharmacy and DEA
