We are seeking a highly motivated Project Management Engineer to join our Civil Engineering Department at Summit Design and Engineering Services. Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage project deadlines, establish and maintain client relationships, and inspire high performance from the team.

This role involves planning, developing, and coordinating projects with limited supervision. The candidate should have strong written and verbal communication skills, effective collaboration skills, and be a team player who can adapt and learn new responsibilities and tasks.

  • Manages project deadlines and timelines
  • Develops and maintains client relationships
  • Assesses and recommends changes to clients as required
  • Collaborates with clients to provide project updates and status
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE) and Professional Licensure
  • 5+ years of experience on various site design projects, retail, commercial, and public sector projects
  • Experience with entitlement processes and local permitting regulations
  • Technical software skills including Autodesk Civil 3D, Hydraflow Storm Sewers, WaterCAD, and Microsoft Excel

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is between $85,000 - $115,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. This figure is exclusive of any additional benefits or bonuses that may be applicable.
