Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic individual who is eager to learn the sandblasting/painting trade. As a trainee, you will start by learning the basics of prepping parts, cleaning workstations, and will be trained to sandblast various metal products.

Once accomplished, you will be trained in the painting area where you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and increase your earning potential.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be able to wear protective gear, and meet specific physical requirements.

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary ranging from $45,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.

Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as paid time off and holidays.

Mon-Fri, 1st shift, 7:00am-3:30pm, with opportunities for overtime.
