About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our team at EVERWhite. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for cultivating new opportunities by making outbound/cold calls to schools to set appointments for demos and quotes for our Regional Business Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Regional Business Manager to grow sales territory
- Use Google Maps and Google Calendar to coordinate appointments that are set
- Responsible for customer follow-up to close sales
- Update customer records as needed
- Maintain customer information in database
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-year outbound call center experience
- Cold call experience (Preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Calendar, and CRM software, such as Act or Sage
- Ability to make high volume of outbound B2B calls daily
- Persuasive and influential with ability to overcome objections
- Live within 30 minutes of Warminster, PA
