Key Responsibilities- Obtain, organize, and assess patient preoperative documentation and diagnostic testing
- Correlate clinical data with patient medical and nursing care
- Set priorities and problem-solve patient issues
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, healthcare teams, and physicians
- Screen patients for ambulatory surgery suitability
- Work closely with physicians, nurse managers, and patients to ensure readiness for admission
- Assist in PreOp and PACU as needed
- High School diploma required
- LVN license required
- 1+ years' experience as an LVN in a clinical setting
- BLS certified
