Janitorial Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Janitorial Specialist to join our team at Allied Universal Janitorial Services. As a Janitorial Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients and their employees.

• Perform all-purpose cleaning and preservation of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
• Empty and clean waste containers, ash trays, and sand urns.
• Dust and clean office furnishings, files, fixtures, and other flat surfaces.
• Wipe clean and buff metal hardware fixtures and added bright work.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including restocking supplies.
• Sweep and vacuum private stairways and clean building floors.

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a janitorial type position.
• Ability to follow written and oral directions.
