Job Title: Sales Associate

Carter's/OshKosh is seeking a Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a positive store environment, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service areas.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including setting up displays and maintaining store fixtures.
  • Participate in inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  • Support sales goals by promoting products, suggesting merchandise, and providing product knowledge to customers.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, maintain a positive store environment, and ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
