Job Title: Registered Nurse Travel RN

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Travel RN. As a Travel RN, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, hospitals, or other healthcare settings.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, develop individualized care plans, and implement interventions to achieve goals.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on health management, disease prevention, and wellness.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care, communicate patient information, and ensure seamless transitions.
  • Supervise and direct the care given by Hospice Aides/CNAs, evaluating their performance and providing feedback.
  • Monitor patients' responses to treatments, report changes to physicians and Patient Care Coordinators, and adjust care plans as needed.

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in the state of operation.
  • Experience in Hospice or Home Health nursing, with a strong understanding of nursing principles, procedures, and patient education.
